We want you to love your Shrimps pieces, but if you are not perfectly satisfied, you may return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition with all tags and designer packaging intact.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box and include the completed return form provided in your delivery.
Attach the Label
Affix the pre-paid shipping label to the outside of your parcel, ensuring any previous delivery labels are fully covered.
Drop Off or Collection
Hand your package to the designated courier at a local drop-off point or schedule a home collection via the carrier's website.
